Offer terms

We try to keep things simple, here are the terms and conditions for the free prize draw:

• The prize draw is open to registered businesses based in the UK. Private individuals and organisations not operating in the UK are not permitted to join the Directory.
• A business may only register once, duplicate entries for the same business are not permitted. You must be employed by any business you register on the Directory.
• The prize draw will take place on 4th June. The winner be chosen randomly and notified via email. Contact information registered against your Go Procure user account will be used to contact the winner.
• To be eligible for the prize draw your business profile must be active on the draw date. You must activate your profile after logging in to the system, you can search the directory to check if your profile is active.
• You can create multiple user accounts for your business - only the first user to create an account for a business will be entered into the prize draw.
• Go Procure does not charge any fees to join the directory, however we reserve the right to disable user accounts of businesses not deemed suitable, or in breach of our terms. Disabled accounts will not be included in the free prize draw.
• Entries not approved by Go Procure will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or delayed. The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The prize is £50 worth of Laithwaites vouchers, to be posted via mail to the winner. There is no alternative prize or cash equivalent.
• Employees of Go Procure, their agents, families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter this prize draw.
• The winner must be willing to have their name published and may be asked to participate in post-event publicity.
