Auction Contract

This document must be read and agreed to by all Go Procure Auction Hosts and Auction Bidders. It describes Go Procures auction hosting commitment, our limit of liability and your obligations to Go Procure and the Auction Host or Bidders. To ensure the eAuction environment operates successfully Go Procure strongly enforces the eAuction Contract.
